Depending on the program you join, The Poppin Place may send text messages concerning:

• Reservations, bookings, and event updates
• Appointment or event reminders
• Order and payment notifications
• Customer-service communications
• Schedule changes, closures, or safety notices
• Special offers, promotions, and announcements, when you have agreed to receive marketing messages

By checking an SMS consent box, completing an opt-in form, texting a designated keyword, or otherwise providing express consent, you authorize The Poppin Place to send text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of making a purchase, reservation, or booking. Your consent applies only to The Poppin Place and is not transferred to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, reservations, and the SMS program you join. You may receive approximately 1-2 messages per week, in addition to transactional messages generated by your activity.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. The Poppin Place is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may also use another supported opt-out keyword, such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you enroll again. Opting out of one messaging program may not automatically opt you out of a separate program for which you independently enrolled.
